It Always Hurts is a tattoo studio located in Downtown Houston, Texas with a team comprised of talented artists from across the city.   • Yes we do! However we highly recommend you call or text us at (346)-541-3746 to schedule an appointment beforehand. We cannot always guarantee a walk-in tattoo.

  • Our shop minimum is $100. The price for a tattoo will vary depending on the artist, placement, detail, and size.

  • We recommend you first review the work our in-house artists have done to see which artist best fits your needs.

  • Since we are located in Downtown, we mainly have street parking and a few parking lots around our location.

    You MUST PAY for parking on Monday-Saturday — Parking is FREE on Sundays.

    Monday-Friday, we recommend you street park anywhere on Congress, Franklin, Main, Preston, or Commerce St.

    Saturdays & Sundays you can street park on all the streets listed above, including our very own Travis St and Milam St.
